I received a Welcome Letter. What does that mean?
Federal regulations require all loan servicers to notify you in writing at least 15 days before the servicing of your loan is transferred to a new servicer. QRL Financial Services uses LoanCare, LLC to subservice your loan. LoanCare, LLC is a leading national provider of full-service residential servicing to the mortgage industry. The letter that you received is the legal notice.
The letter includes the effective date of transfer, the date your current servicer will stop accepting payments and the date the new servicer will be accepting them; the name, address, and telephone number of new servicer; optional insurance information; and that the transfer of servicing does not affect any term or condition of your mortgage documents, other than the terms directly related to the servicing of your loan. Please note that on the effective date of transfer during this 60-day transition period, that payment will not be treated as late if you mistakenly sent it to the previous mortgage servicer instead of the new one.
Can I view my loan information, make payments, request payoffs, setup e-statements, print 1098s, or make general inquiries online?
Yes. We offer a secure online system, accessible 24-7 through LoanCare, LLC. First time users will need to register using the LoanCare Account Number found on your Welcome Letter or Monthly Billing Statement (the loan number provided at your loan closing is a temporary loan number).
To register, select "Not Registered" under the secure login and complete the registration form.
Will I receive a coupon book or a monthly billing statement?
Provided you have not signed up for the e-statement option, LoanCare, LLC will mail a monthly billing statement each month. Coupon books are no longer issued.
My loan account number is not the same as the Loan Number appearing on my Welcome Letter or billing statements. Why did it change?
The loan account number appearing on your loan documents is a temporary or "old account" number. When the loan is set up on the LoanCare, LLC system, a new loan account number is assigned.
Please make sure that you use the new LoanCare, LLC loan account number on all of your payments and inquires going forward. If you have set up automatic bill pay and it uses the old account number, please contact LoanCare, LLC to have them change it to the new Loan Care, LLC loan account number.
My loan payment is due, and I have not received a billing statement. What should I do?
When your loan was closed, you were provided with a Payment Letter. The Payment Letter contained temporary coupons that you should use until you start receiving a monthly billing statement. Please mail your temporary coupon with payment to:

How can I obtain a payoff statement?
Standard Payoff Request
LoanCare provides three options to receive a payoff letter. The standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days.
- Use the secure payoff request form
- Email the request to payoffs@myloancare.com or fax the request to 904-366-2039. Be sure to include:

- Property Address
- Date the payoff should be good through date (if none is provided, it will default to 30 days)
- The fax or email address where the payoff quote should be sent to
- Note: If a title company is submitting the request, a borrower authorization must be provided. Electronic signatures are not acceptable.
